Identify and establish new distributor organizations to maximize market penetration across the entire product portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with global initiatives and customer needs.

You possess a BS degree in technical engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
You have 10+ years of successful experience in sales and sales management, specifically within channel management.
You have a deep understanding of the construction domain and the dynamics of technology distribution.
You are a strong communicator who can navigate complex negotiations and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
