Develop and improve Power BI reports that monitor Marketing Services & Event Workshop assets.
Track inventory turns, monitor the inventory size, and adjust when necessary.
Providing insight to Medical Education and Marketing concerning open vs delinquency.
Utilize data to create parameters for individual/divisional improvements.
Coordinate with Demand, Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around the inventory to be used, orders to be placed, new product launches, and strategies.
Quarterly reviews with leadership, presenting key performance indicators and process improvements.
Communicating issues/opportunities with Finance, Medical Education, and Marketing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Power BI
SAP/QRD (ERP) experience preferred
DDM experience preferred
Customer service or customer-oriented call center type environment preferred
Business analyst or marketing analyst experience preferred
Business support experience preferred
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a global organization
