Role Overview
Drive operational and financial performance across Supply Chain and Project Execution to improve cost, fulfillment, quality, cash flow, and profitability.
Lead manufacturing finance activities for the site/region, including planning, forecasting, pacing, and closing processes.
Own P&L and balance sheet responsibilities, including cost accounting, production cost control, inventory controls, product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional cost management, and property and equipment oversight.
Support execution of financial and operational strategies that improve business performance.
Provide financial insight and recommendations to address business challenges and improve processes.
Influence strategy development within own area of responsibility, including resource allocation and policy support.
Lead functional teams or projects of low to moderate complexity with minimal oversight.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, influencing stakeholders and helping drive alignment.
Use sound judgment to solve complex problems, assess information quality, and develop practical recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and use internal and external inputs to support decision-making.
Advise management on functional and business matters, contributing to decisions on important topics.
Help ensure team objectives related to service, quality, and timeliness are achieved.
Requirements
Finance degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a relevant job family/function.
Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Finance and Manufacturing Operations.
Strong preference for candidates to work in the ND plant / willingness to re-locate to ND.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects
Ability to plan, document, promote, and execute initiatives
Established project management skills
