Performing hedging activities in Treasury Management System and providing expertise in hedging practices for stakeholders.
Completing monthly foreign currency exposure report.
Follow up Valmet cashflow and ensure efficient liquidity management.
Working closely with corporate group Treasury, Business Finance and other business partners.
Continuously developing systems, processes, tools, practicalities and yourself as an expert.
Take ownership of the global Valmet payment process.
Perform accounts reconciliation, validate financial data, and prepare account specifications and reports.
Identify and analyze requirements, gaps, and improvement needs in processes and solutions, supporting global change management activities.
Collaborate proactively with Business Finance and other internal stakeholders.

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field; accounting qualification is an advantage
Solid experience in payments, financial accounting, and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency in Finnish and English
Confidence working with financial systems and complex data
Proactive, analytical, and structured way of working
Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, remain composed under pressure, and motivate others.
