About this role
Role Overview
Schedule: Monday
Friday 7:30am
4pm
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring maintenance work orders in a high-volume, SLA-driven operations center environment
Actively monitor the dispatch board, communicate with vendors using the VOIP system and other communication tools
Ensure work orders progress in accordance with client requirements
Maintain accurate system documentation
Support routine financial entry within work orders and escalate exceptions as needed
Conduct work order intake & triage by reviewing incoming work orders
Monitor the dispatch board and follow up on open work orders
Utilize VOIP system to contact vendors and confirm service acceptance
Provide status updates through system notes and email
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in dispatch, coordination, customer service, or operations support
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a phone-based and system-driven environment
Experience with ticketing systems, CMMS, or workflow tools
