Role Overview

• This busy role will be telephone based
• Taking inbound and making outbound calls throughout the day in relation to a portfolio of customer accounts you are responsible for
• Demonstrate the ability to understand a customers’ financial situation
• Understand the complexity of finance agreements
• Make sound decisions to ensure a good customer outcome
• Be a great communicator with our customers, explaining things such as payment plans that you have calculated with them
