About this role
Role Overview
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
Conduct workshops, interviews, and review sessions to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements
Translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories
Work closely with the MDM team to document, validate, and refine data-related business requirements
Support definition of business rules, data standards, and ownership related to master data
Ensure alignment between business requirements and data models
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Facilitate recurring progress and review meetings
Proactively identify and help resolve delivery blockers and dependency issues
Ensure consistent communication and expectation management across stakeholders
Requirements
5–8 years of experience
Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Hands-on experience using JIRA for writing and managing User stories, Tasks, Acceptance criteria etc.
Working knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and business processes
Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation
Confident facilitator across senior and technical stakeholders
Delivery-focused and proactive mindset
Experience working on data, analytics, or data platform initiatives preferred
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models preferred
Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments preferred
