Supports business with software critical to operations including troubleshooting, user/data maintenance and coordinating with core-tech IT for infrastructure support.
Assists in gathering and documenting business requirements for new systems or enhancements.
Analyzes current business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Supports the implementation and testing of business systems and applications.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Prepares reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
Helps troubleshoot issues and provide support for business systems users.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related required.
Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in corporate environment.
Project experience in business analysis, systems support, or related area preferred.
