Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple roles and departments
Conduct a high volume of daily interviews and candidate screenings
Source candidates through job boards, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach
Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on role-specific requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, including customized or niche roles
Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and hiring progress
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications and maintain precise records
Proven capability to conduct high-volume interviews across a diverse range of roles (e.g., technical, healthcare, operations, and other customized positions)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, schedules, and candidate pipelines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal teams
Ability to clearly explain job requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain strong candidate relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing agencies, or BPO environments (preferred)
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques (preferred)
Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types (preferred)
Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking (preferred)
Experience with remote or global hiring processes (preferred)
