Strengthen and expand the use of the Timothy Leadership Training (TLT) program primarily in Anglophone contexts.
Maintain regular contact with ministries and churches that are using the training in leadership development programs.
Consult with TLT coordinators and trainers concerning TLT methodology, requirements, and best practices, and develop curricular resources.
Facilitate TLT training, develop and revise curricular resources for the TLT program.
Other duties as assigned by the TLT Program Manager.
Requirements
Professing membership in a Christian Reformed congregation, or of a church in communion with the CRCNA, and agreement with the doctrine of the church signified by signing a covenant statement.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams.
Demonstrated commitment to promote a work environment that values diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Willingness to maintain a positive attitude and respectful relationships with others.
A proactive, disciplined, self-motivated work style.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, and social media tools.
Education: A bachelor's degree in theology, education, intercultural studies, or a related field is required. A master's degree in one of these areas is preferred.
Experience: Intermediate experience in pastoral ministry and church leadership training is preferred.
