Senior Business Analysts drive our growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance user experiences, efficiency, and productivity.
Coordinate efforts of the business analysts and facilitate discussions with various project stakeholders to effectively gather, document, configure, test, and conduct training on solutions related to the implementation of highly complex software products/projects.
Consult with management on long-term project goals, leverage critical thinking, communication, and analytics, and are dedicated to finding innovative solutions in the evolving digital healthcare landscape.
Handle project planning, status reports, time tracking, financial management, training materials, and product support.
Support customers with report creation, maintenance, and custom data requests for enterprise platforms like Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, and SQL scripts.
Requirements
A college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 years of experience in business analysis or information technology (preferably experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting and data analytics)
Requiring excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to manage task without direct supervision
Self-motivated and must be able to keep self-abreast of technology and healthcare trends.
