Leads the operation of the Bids & Quotes Group, including the streamlining of the quotation process and development of individual skills and capabilities
Builds and effectively communicates financial projections and the impact of contract terms and conditions (T&Cs) to partners across functions and at all levels of management
Support critical tasks by managing contracts with current GPOs, preparing GPO admin fees and supporting documentation, and ensuring commercial contracts achieve the company’s revenue and gross profit targets
Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis
Monitor and report on pricing performance and competitiveness
Review commercial contract T&Cs and ensure that contract review standard work is followed across the organization
Understand and implement revenue recognition policies and procedures, especially related to Multiple Elements Arrangements and Standalone Selling Prices
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field; MBA preferred
Three to five years of finance, business, and analysis experience including use of ERP systems
Minimum three years prior supervisory experience
Experience with pricing tools and models
Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills to build and review complex financial models
