Role Overview
- Prepare relevant forms for filing Trade Mark applications around the world, showing excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and file supporting documentation for filing at various Trade Mark Offices, including using relevant online software where applicable
- Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content
- Create and process complicated invoices
- Review and action workflow correspondence received from Paralegal the same day as work is received, dealing with urgent correspondence as a priority
Requirements
- Experience working in a similar role within IP Law
- A CITMA qualification is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Produce work to a high level, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
