Audit existing Excel-based workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for automation and process improvement
Design and implement AI-assisted solutions using tools such as Claude, Zoom AI Companion, and Smartsheet to replace manual data entry and reporting tasks
Build and maintain automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates in Smartsheet
Collaborate with Sales Operations team members to gather requirements, test solutions, and iterate based on feedback
Document new processes, workflow diagrams, and user guides to support adoption across the team
Present findings and a final project summary to Sales Operations leadership at the conclusion of the internship
Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and enthusiasm for learning new technologies quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience with SmartSheet (Preferred)
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Zoom AI Companion, or similar) as well as Salesforce CRM (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of data visualization or business intelligence concepts (Preferred)
