Ensure high-quality work from Talent Acquisition Partners and any support from the Centre of Excellence.
Provide a top-tier, memorable experience to all key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while continuously expanding our influence and impact with the partnership.
Work with the Partnership Director to deliver cutting-edge insights and foresight to stakeholders through detailed reports and talent/market intelligence
Offer fresh, innovative suggestions to enhance the client's Talent Acquisition function and processes, supporting every step of the way in implementing these improvements.
Sharing best practices, ideas, and partnership results.
Leading internal coaching and training sessions.

Requirements
Demonstrated people management experience, including mentoring and developing recruitment teams.
Previous experience working within an in-house or RPO environment is essential.
Experience hiring within a law firm desirable
Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
A commitment to delivering outstanding service whilst fostering long-term professional relationships.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
