Lead the transition solution stream in RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals by engaging early with the Sales and Solutioning teams.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define/validate a transition approach that supports the proposed operating model.
Develop detailed transition blueprints, high-level / detailed project plans, staffing models, timelines, risk registers, and assumptions aligned with customer requirements.
Participate in customer due diligence activities, validating current state operations, capturing transition-specific constraints, and identifying transformation levers.
Present and defend the transition solution during orals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
12-20 years of experience working in IT service organization
At least one project management certification (PgMP/PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner/MSP)
8-10 years of experience in Transition management functions within IT or Outsourcing
Strong client-facing and management Skills
Proven track record in an international environment or projects
Domain expertise is a big plus (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Telecom)
