About this role
Role Overview
Provide first-line technical support to customers via email
Identify issues and determine solutions based on provided details
Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
Requirements
Strong skills in Excel
Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs)
Previous experience in customer support or service roles
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge (nice-to-have)
Experience supporting SaaS or IT products (nice-to-have)
