Collaborate in the origination of M&A operations (pitches, RFPs, price & conditions, deal's signing and closing).
Participate in substantial day-to-day client contact at senior levels and client servicing during the end-to-end M&A deal execution.
Structuring and execution of live transactions, including day-to-day ownership of client deliverables.
Oversight and contribution to the preparation of financial valuation, preliminary transaction price advisory and fairness opinion; and to the preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue.
Liaise alongside other CIB products for fostering product's cross-selling and with CIB support units for the deal execution.
Engage in recruiting, training and mentoring of junior specialists and interns.
Requirements
Prior M&A experience in an advisory or investment banking role.
Ability to lead client presentations, and simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proficient in financial, valuation, and capital structure analysis.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in written and oral communications skills in English language.
Knowledge of other European languages beneficial though not strictly mandatory.
Team player, motivating the juniors and actively participating in the training of the team.
