Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree
5+ years experience in the data center industry including strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Commissioning disciplines
3+ years experience with Hyperscale (>30MW) Data Centers
15+ years of progressive experience in construction and commissioning project delivery
10+ years of demonstrated functional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements
Demonstrated ability to think ahead and plan over a 3 to 5 year time span
Experience leading large markets or business sectors
Experience leading and developing teams
Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others
