Build a unified marketing analytics program with reproducible reporting, automated dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks for real-time information distribution
Deliver executive-level insights influencing strategy and investment decisions
Lead TAM, market structure, and whitespace analyses to identify expansion opportunities
Translate insights into actionable product and GTM recommendations
Oversee/Manage/Architect end-to-end GTM systems including funnel design, lifecycle workflows, qualification frameworks, and enablement paths
Partner with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, and Customer Success to ensure lifecycle alignment
Own and evolve the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability, data integrity, compliance, and seamless system integration
Establish operational frameworks, governance models, and performance management processes to support predictable revenue growth
Build and manage a comprehensive win/loss program
Partner with Product and Finance to support pricing architecture and monetization strategy
Manage, coach and lead through transformation your direct report team members
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Advanced analytical skills and experience in regulated or healthcare-related industries preferred
