Role Overview
Structure and lead cross-functional strategic projects involving different areas of the company (Product, Technology, Business Intelligence, Commercial, and Content);
Support area leadership in identifying business opportunities and innovation initiatives;
Develop strategic analyses of market, competition, and trends to support executive decision-making;
Design business models, analyses, and business cases for new projects;
Lead the management of strategic projects, ensuring organization, tracking of deliverables, prioritization, and alignment among stakeholders;
Create executive presentations and strategic materials for communication with company leadership;
Contribute to the development of the area’s processes and work methodologies, ensuring clarity of priorities and efficiency in execution;
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with market players that can add value to the company’s digital portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Advertising, or related fields;
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
Experience with data analysis and building structured analyses to support decision-making;
Experience preparing executive presentations and communicating with leadership;
Intermediate English proficiency;
Ability to structure complex problems in an analytical and organized manner;
Experience in project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders;
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, objective narratives for different executive audiences;
Strong organizational skills and ability to establish processes and workflows.
