About this role
Role Overview
Prospecting and actively acquiring new clients, focusing on companies seeking receivables financing/receivables advance solutions.
Developing commercial strategies to expand the client portfolio and strengthen the company's market presence.
Direct negotiation with clients and contract closing, ensuring alignment with the fund's policies and objectives.
Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with business owners, CFOs and decision-makers.
Financial and credit analysis of potential clients to ensure compliance with the fund's guidelines.
Collaborating with risk, credit and compliance teams to ensure the safety and regularity of operations.
Monitoring commercial performance indicators and proposing continuous improvements in origination and closing processes.
Requirements
Proven commercial experience, preferably in the financial market (FIDC, factoring, securitization firms, banks or similar).
Strong experience in active prospecting and new business development.
Practical knowledge of credit analysis, receivables operations and structuring financial solutions for companies.
Active network of contacts and ability to establish strategic partnerships.
Advanced negotiation skills and assertive communication with decision-makers.
Experience structuring customized financial transactions for companies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
