Assess, design, and implement effective AI-enabled marketing operations strategies.
Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
Provide hands-on expertise in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Marketo and Salesforce.com to meet and exceed client goals.
Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance.
Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Marketo to support business decision making.
Conduct comprehensive audits of current marketing operations to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Conduct training sessions for client teams on Salesforce.com and Marketo best practices.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior marketing operations role, with a focus on B2B clients.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (+ HubSpot ideally)
Marketo MCA certification is required.
Salesforce.com certification is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of Demandbase and/or Clay is preferred.
Experience using AI for marketing operations and demand generation using Claude, Clay, ZoomInfo GTM studio, and allGood is desired.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior agency or client-facing consulting experience preferred
