Role Overview
- Provide high-level technical support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and account issues
- Stabilize collaboration and conferencing experiences
- Ensure secure, compliant, and well-documented outcomes
- Educate users on existing and emerging technologies
- Perform preventative maintenance for endpoint stability
- Coordinate with partner support and engineering teams
- Advocate for enterprise information security policies
- Drive continuous improvement and develop knowledge articles
- Execute IT service management aligned with ITIL
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant technical support experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Proven troubleshooting routines balancing speed, safety, and documentation
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Strong customer-support mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and understand user needs
- Familiarity with IT service management and ITIL practices
- Familiarity with Agile working methods
