About this role
Role Overview
Conduct a full analysis of the business context in which you operate: execute and monitor CRM campaign performance across communication channels, identifying opportunities and optimizing to maximize conversions;
Participate in and lead the execution of targeted CRM communication strategies aligned with the company's strategy;
Write business and technical user stories and track activities with the technical team;
Collaborate and interact with internal product teams;
Prepare briefings for the CRM agency;
Monitor the development of communication journeys and tests;
Requirements
Experience working with CRM/Direct Marketing using customer segmentation and personalization across relationship channels (email, push, WhatsApp, etc.);
Experience in project management and agile methodologies;
Analytical skills to monitor campaigns and identify patterns;
Knowledge of the financial market;
Familiarity with CRM platforms — Salesforce
