About this role
Role Overview
Own production operations for SSO and SailPoint platforms, including incident management, escalation, and service availability
Lead and manage IAM operations staff supporting SSO and identity governance services
Establish and enforce operational standards, runbooks, and support processes
Act as the senior escalation point for complex identity and access issues
Oversee SailPoint production support, including code fixes and break/fix support
Support SailPoint development teams with deployments and releases
Troubleshoot identity lifecycle and access certification issues
Manage patching, upgrades, and platform lifecycle activities
Oversee certificate renewals and secrets management
Lead vulnerability management activities, including remediation and audit support
Ensure environments meet security, compliance, and availability requirements
Partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams
Coordinate with vendors and manage support contracts
Provide operational reporting, metrics, and executive updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
10+ years of related experience in SSO (single Sign-on) and IAM (identity and access management) operations in an enterprise environment
3-5+ years experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
2+ of experience leading or managing technical teams
Hands‑on knowledge of SSO platforms such as Azure SSO, Ping, WebSEAL, and LDAP services
Experience leading operational teams in 24x7, mission‑critical environments
Strong understanding of incident management, change management, and vulnerability remediation
Experience in regulated environments; financial services experience preferred
Experience maintaining professional working relationships with cross-functional partners and 3rd party vendors
Experience with deployment and system build automation
Ability and drive to implement continuous process improvements
Results driven, ensuring short-term goals are achieved while supporting long-term initiatives with an appropriate sense of urgency
Strong technology skills with the ability to produce relevant information from teams and make critical decisions
Management and leadership skills to attract, retain, and motivate high talent professionals
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
