About this role
Role Overview
- Consolidate the global S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across involved areas and adherence to the defined calendar.
- Critically analyze planning data and assumptions, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare executive analyses and strategic recommendations to support short-, mid-, and long-term decision making.
- Standardize and evolve S&OP processes, KPIs, and methodologies, promoting governance and global best practices.
- Serve as a business partner to functions and global units, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience with S&OP.
- Knowledge of WMAPE and Bias.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Intermediate English.
- Basic Spanish.
** ** Preferred:
- Postgraduate/MBA or specialization in Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP.
