Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills with a first principles approach
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Focus on getting tasks done with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s Degree preferred but not required
