About this role
Role Overview
- Act as a technical liaison between business partners, product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Create and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are testable, complete, and understood
- Support testing activities by validating requirements, reviewing test scenarios, and assisting with defect triage
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical aptitude
- Solid understanding of testing concepts
- Proven experience creating and writing user stories
- Experience serving as a technical liaison between business and technology teams
- Coding or development experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments (nice-to-have)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred (nice-to-have)
