Develop and evolve solutions on the Salesforce Platform with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
Implement components and user experiences using LWC, ensuring usability and performance;
Build and maintain business logic in Apex, focusing on scalability, security, and testability;
Design, implement, and support integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and external systems (end-to-end);
Ensure quality: testing, code reviews, engineering standards, and governance best practices;
Participate across the delivery cycle: technical analysis, refinement, development, deployment, and post-release monitoring;
Support diagnosis and resolution of issues (bugs, integration failures, regressions, and incidents);
Contribute to technical documentation and alignments with stakeholders (business and technology);
Propose continuous improvements (refactoring, technical debt reduction, optimizations, and standardization).

Development with Apex (classes, triggers, bulkification patterns, handling governor limits, and testing best practices);
SOQL/SOSL and data modeling on the platform;
Front-end development with Lightning Web Components (LWC) (JavaScript/HTML/CSS);
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (CRM processes, objects, automations, and customizations);
Integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, consuming/exposing services, error handling, and observability);
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, FLS, record access);
Automation and orchestration using native features (e.g., Flow), with governance to avoid 'monolithic' and hard-to-maintain solutions;
Engineering practices: version control (Git), code reviews, testing, and participation in release/deploy cycles;
Experience with advanced patterns: Async Apex (Queueable, Batch, Schedulable), Platform Events, and performance strategies;
Experience with Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD tools and practices;
Experience with Experience Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, OmniStudio, and/or MuleSoft (as pluses);
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II is a plus);
Experience in enterprise environments (large data volumes, multiple teams, governance, and compliance).
