Role Overview
- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Work in close collaboration with the project developer and business analyst to ensure solutions meet user needs
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders and engage them effectively
- Establish product backlog for projects and mandates
- Advise clients and partners on strategic project positioning, planning, and performance
- Oversee the development and updating of policies and standards
- Identify and analyze significant problems and issues
- Serve as a specialized advisor and subject matter expert
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
