Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified pipeline.
Own the marketing tech stack — CRM, email platform, ad accounts, analytics tools, and the integrations between them.
Requirements
You are proficient with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor and use them daily to build automations, landing pages, scripts, and integrations faster than traditional development allows.
You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar — including pipeline configuration, lead scoring, workflow automation, and reporting.
You've run campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and understand audience creation, pixel setup, conversion tracking, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and budget optimization.
You've built and managed email marketing programs using platforms like HubSpot, Converkit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Customer.io.
Prior experience is not strictly required. Most importantly, you have to be willing to learn and constantly adapt.
