About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients
Act as a trusted advisor to help clients create and implement solutions
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges
Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform
Facilitate workshops to demonstrate solution fit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver demos and align on strategy
Stay current on industry trends in mar-tech and customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years' experience in a solutions consulting/sales engineering role
Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks
Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS
Proficient technical aptitude including at a conceptual and practitioner level
Must be experienced in stakeholder engagement from C-suite to practitioner
Familiarity with AI and automation as applied to marketing and CX use cases.
