Conduct in-depth needs assessments, modeling current and future-state processes.
Develop digital road maps that align with business unit requirements.
Critical role from the earliest stages of project definition.
Lead the collection and documentation of business requirements from internal and external partners.
Facilitate the prioritization of project requirements.
Analyze business needs and model complex processes.
Produce high-quality deliverables, including requirements traceability matrices and flow diagrams.
Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

Graduate diploma in a relevant field (business analysis, information systems, administration, engineering, etc.)
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role in a digital work environment.
Strong ability to analyze and synthesize information.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to influence, persuade and initiate the required changes within the organization.
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to resolve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
Solid understanding of the software and process development life cycle, from initial design to launch.
Proven experience in the media industry.
Experience in the analysis or implementation of broadcasting and streaming platforms.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in English.
