About this role
Role Overview
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
3–4+ years of experience in business development, or closing roles.
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage.
