Role Overview
- Support the design, planning, and execution of firm-wide events
- Own event build and configuration in Cvent
- Plan and coordinate event logistics
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Produce virtual and hybrid event experiences
- Analyze event data and attendee feedback
Requirements
- Associates degree or relevant experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Experience with event planning and coordinating preferred
- Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to build relationships
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask/work on multiple projects
- Travel up to 15%
