About this role
Role Overview
Prepare, process, format, proofread, and finalize client deliverables.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with firm quality control.
Support engagement workflows by tracking due dates and monitoring project status.
Communicate proactively with client service team members regarding status updates.
Maintain organized electronic files and engagement documentation.
Coordinate file closing procedures and ensure proper retention standards.
Coordinate the production and distribution of client deliverables.
Provide responsive administrative support to client service teams.
Execute responsibilities in alignment with centralized workflows.
Follow established workflows and procedures; communicate potential issues to leadership.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
Experience in a professional services, accounting, or tax environment preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
