Teaching, coaching, and training associates in core Asset Protection initiatives
Driving execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards, Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs
Reviewing Front End Accuracy standards to include Accuracy/Theft and Fraud initiatives
Ensuring stores are driving a safety culture by promoting safety initiatives
Conducting timely interviews for internal theft cases
Building partnerships with local law enforcement
Monitoring shrink indicators and driving execution of initiatives
Conducting performance reviews and utilizing performance management

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location
3+ years multi-unit retail AP experience
LPC/LPQ Certification.
Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule
