About this role
Role Overview
Own pipeline generation across a defined set of target accounts
Help shape messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
Partner directly with Account Executives to break into new accounts
Play a critical role in defining what “good” looks like for US go-to-market
Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline
Book qualified meetings with HR, operations, and people leaders
Own account-based prospecting across key industries and stakeholders
Test and optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates
Partner with AEs to convert meetings into revenue and ensure smooth handoffs
Contribute insights to refine outbound strategy and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
6–24 months of SDR/BDR outbound sales experience
Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of ownership and accountability
You’ve got legitimate cold calling experience
Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity
