Role Overview
- Support the Sales Executives by performing commercial follow up tasks
- Handle all back-office activities
- Evaluate and respond to requests from customers
- Issue quotations
- Maintain contracts and communicate to customers any changes
- Ensure adherence to Hapag-Lloyd policies and procedures
- Interface with Sales Steering, Sales Execution, Customer Service, Operations and Finance
Requirements
- Work experience in the liner shipping business or forwarding
- Comprehensive knowledge of user application systems (FIS RA, CRM, MS Office)
- Proficiency using Excel
- Cost awareness
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical, systematic and efficient way of working
- Ability to work in a team and motivate others
