About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for expanding and accelerating WalkMe’s partner ecosystem by managing a broad portfolio of partners—including SIs, VARs, Solution Providers, and Digital Transformation Consultants.
Monitor partner health and performance using WalkMe dashboards, Salesforce reporting, and partner scorecards.
Identify high-potential partners and deploy scalable playbooks to accelerate their WalkMe practice development.
Lead scalable onboarding, curriculum adoption, and WalkMe certification readiness for partners.
Ensure partners stay up to date on WalkMe product innovations, use cases, best practices, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with Partner Enablement, Product, and Professional Services teams.
Execute WalkMe’s partner program strategy—benefits, requirements, incentives, tiers—while ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.
Support scalable co-selling and co-marketing efforts to increase partner-generated and partner-influenced pipeline.
Provide partners with repeatable GTM motions—campaign kits, solution plays, and service delivery frameworks.
Requirements
5 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, alliances, business development, or ecosystem operations.
Experience managing partner ecosystems within a SaaS company; experience with enterprise software or digital transformation partners strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable with Salesforce, data dashboards, and program automation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both partner and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across partners in a structured, scalable, and repeatable way.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital adoption, enterprise SaaS, or transformation consulting partners.
Familiarity with partner lifecycle tools such as PRMs, LMS platforms, and ecosystem analytics.
Experience in scaled program design, partner enablement, service delivery readiness, and digital engagement strategy.
Understanding of WalkMe’s DAP, its value drivers, and key enterprise use cases (e.g., employee efficiency, process adoption, automation insights).
