Build scalable, proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire technology skillsets using market intelligence and workforce planning insights
Continuously evolve sourcing, assessment, and selection practices to reflect modern technology hiring expectations and candidate experience standards
Partner with senior technology and business leaders to understand capability needs, advise on market trends, and shape hiring plans
Use recruiting analytics, benchmarks, and talent market data to measure effectiveness and improve outcomes
Ensure compliance with company policies while championing inclusive, equitable, and high-quality hiring practices
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading Talent Acquisition teams supporting technology-driven organizations
Strong background in hiring for software, automation, autonomy, AI and robotics.
Proven success in employer branding, talent pipelining, and competitive technology market sourcing strategies
Experience improving end-to-end recruiting processes and operating models at scale
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate workforce and recruiting analytics into actionable insights
