Achieve sales targets as part of the National Business Development Team by successfully implementing the Lyra Wellbeing programme.
Ensure that the sales offering is presented in a manner consistent with the company’s mission and market position.
Maintain a healthy Sales Pipeline driving a conversion rate of no less than the industry-related conversation rate.
Generate new cold call sales leads per month.
Maintain a daily diary that is booked to at least 50% capacity with client facing meetings.
Populate high quality proposal documents for clients and deliver high quality presentations.
Keep abreast of all developments in terms of EAP/EWP and Lyra related fields and offerings.
Build and maintain effective relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
Has at least 3+ years sales experience with a proven track record
Has a conceptual understanding of business missions, supplier promise and strategy, as well as the performance implications of this strategy with regard to market success
Has financial acumen
Understands and is able to interpret financial data relevant to the business
Relevant tertiary qualification and experience to understand and engage with business.
