In this role you will:

Collaborate with Servicing operational and administrative management
Ensure efficiencies and excellence in daily functions
Perform reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions as needed to support information requests from all Servicing departments
Utilize best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate
Enhance knowledge of operational and portfolio metrics to assess risk
Conduct data and business analysis utilizing data mining and spreadsheet skills
Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
Represent Servicing Analytics in enterprise projects

Work Experience & Education

0-2 years of experience working with data mining tools such as SQL required
1-3 years of experience querying large multi-table datasets and data presentation preferred
0-2 years of experience in consumer loan/lease portfolio servicing analysis preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
Master’s Degree in MIS, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred**
