Role Overview
Coordinates Home Office communications with stores and field management relative to requisition of support or equipment for Loss Prevention programs and systems
Distributes literature and information pertaining to programs to all field management to assist in execution of programs at store level
Assists Loss Prevention Field and Home Office staff with clerical duties
Processes invoices and conducts research where required to ensure prompt payment to LP vendors
Maintains administrative file system for programs and systems and performs other administrative duties as assigned
Coordinates/distributes literature and information to all field/Home Office Loss Prevention staff to ensure execution of LP programs for stores
Documents/records assorted Loss Prevention strategy compliance from field
Communicates delinquencies to supervisor
Coordinates/maintains all alarm system access controls
Communicates all changes to field management
Distributes all alarm system activity reports to Loss Prevention Field Management
Assists with ordering of physical security repairs, cores/keys and physical security equipment as necessary
Processes invoices, conducts research where needed to ensure for prompt and accurate payments to vendors
Processes journal entry accruals at month, quarter and year end
Maintains administrative files for LP programs and systems
Maintain office supplies and perform other administrative duties as assigned
