Role Overview
Serve as the architect for talent strategy and organizational design, ensuring the workforce is structured to meet aggressive business goals while creatively utilizing AI to automate workflows and extract deeper workforce insights.
Lead people manager enablement programs, equipping leaders with the tools and coaching necessary to lead high-performing teams through formal 360/180 feedback cycles and bi-annual engagement surveys.
Partner with People Ops on the end-to-end execution of company-wide performance review cycles and annual compensation planning, moving beyond administration to drive a culture of continuous feedback, high accountability, and equitable outcomes.
Integrate enablement and people strategy across a geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring a consistent and high-impact employee experience from San Francisco to remote US team members to Tel Aviv.
Act as a senior advisor to leadership on workforce planning and change management, while leading complex employee relations matters with a focus on equity, compliance, and long-term resolution.
Act as a guardian and advocate for PayZen’s culture, ensuring "The PayZen Way" and our core values are integrated into every stage of the employee lifecycle and reflected in daily operations.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in People Operations or as an HRBP, with a heavy emphasis on talent strategy and organizational development in high-growth tech environments.
Proven experience designing and scaling performance management systems and manager training programs from the ground up.
Demonstrated ability to operate at the P6 level, showing high autonomy and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Mastery of organizational design principles and a track record of leading successful change management initiatives.
Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with a bias toward clarity and directness.
Deep understanding of employment law and best practices within the US market (SF based).
