NVIDIA is seeking an HR Business Partner with a focus on Employee Relations to support their team. The role involves leading complex employee relations matters, coaching managers, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational health and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-complexity ER matters and coach leaders through difficult conversations to reduce escalations
- Identify systemic triggers behind repeat ER issues and implement prevention plans to reduce repeat cases
- Analyze ER, engagement, and retention trends and brief leaders on actionable insights to improve time-to-resolution
- Align with Recruiting, Compensation, Mobility, and HR COEs to deliver consistent ER approaches that increase manager capability
- Apply global labor practices and ensure performance processes are executed consistently to reduce compliance risk
