Execute shipment invoicing and vehicle release, ensuring continuity and pace of the operational flow.
Manage replenishment records in SAP, ensuring correct accounting and handling of inconsistencies.
Ensure governance of transportation costs, overseeing the creation, analysis, and reconciliation of documents with accuracy and compliance.
Ensure the reliability of operational information through preparation and management of reports, controls, and records.
Ensure operational discipline and administrative governance, guaranteeing adherence to company processes and policies.
Analyze operational flow and resource allocation, pursuing efficiency, on-time delivery, and continuous optimization.
Support management with analyses and strategic materials, contributing to decision-making and identifying improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a focus on analyzing and monitoring operational data.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data, controls, and accuracy of information.
Experience and strong proficiency with SAP, WMS, and Galileu systems.
Availability to work operational shifts (Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday), in morning, afternoon, or night shifts as required by the operation.
