Oversee all compliance and preseason products across the markets served
Lead a team of Tax Analysts in delivering high-quality, timely solutions
Serve as a key liaison between product development teams and external clients or vendors
Manage day-to-day team operations, including planning and scheduling, work review, hiring, process management and improvement, and successful delivery of assigned initiatives
Translate and communicate business requirements between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with design specifications, documentation standards, and product objectives
Identify and implement process improvements and enabling technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate time-to-market, and reduce costs where possible
Develop initiatives and program enhancements that positively impact the customer experience
Recommend policy changes and establish procedures that impact the immediate organization

Demonstrated experience working directly with clients to define needs and deliver effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Creative, innovative, and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
Proven success managing and delivering complex, time-sensitive projects
Experience developing and executing hiring and talent strategies
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and perform effectively under tight deadlines and competing priorities
Solid cost management skills, with an understanding of how departmental costs impact product development and overall financial performance
Ability to coach, develop, and manage staff with limited reliance on direct supervisory support
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
