Build strong organisational and operational skills, develop media and content basics, learn how agencies deliver client success
Provide hands-on support across account administration, media relations, content creation, and research.
Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and results are captured accurately.
Support day-to-day account activity under the supervision of Account Executives and Account Managers.
Set up client meetings and calls, prepare agendas, and take accurate notes and follow-up actions.
Maintain client trackers, coverage reports, contact databases, and shared folders.
Assist with logistics for client events, press interviews, analyst briefings, or media tours.
Monitor media and social channels daily for coverage, competitor mentions, and emerging stories.
Flag relevant news and insights to the team promptly.
Research journalists, analysts, and influencers relevant to clients’ sectors.
Draft first versions of press releases, social media posts, and blogs.
Requirements
Demonstrable passion for communications, PR, or marketing — through work experience, studies, or extracurricular activities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about technology, media, and client industries.
Team-oriented, positive, and dependable under pressure.
Confident using social media and basic digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini etc.)
